Potterheads, the time has finally come! The new Fantastic Beasts film has made its debut this past weekend, and it was WICKED!

The film was a spectacular sequel to the first film, and did bring many surprises, plot twists, and left us with a few unanswered questions. We watch Grindelwald begin forming his army, and then immediately see Newt back in his life in London with some epic new creatures, his brother, a few new faces, and a few old faces that we all love.

As expected, our beloved heroes try and do their best to stop evil, with a few, very unexpected twists along the way. Credence is still alive, and in a circus captured with none other than the rumored Maledictus, Nagini. Grindelwald is hunting for him to get him to join his side, as the Wizard World begins to fall into chaos with so many twists and turns.

From Dumbledore being introduced, to the sides certain beloved characters take, it’s truly a wonderful ride. The new creatures revealed for the film were spectacular to say the least, each with its own unique look and quirk. They each took my breath away and made the movie more interesting!

J.K Rowling also added a specific twist that NO ONE was expecting at the end of the film, so be sure to pay attention to the movie the whole way through! The new addition to Fantastic Beasts was fast paced, had a great plot, involved each character equally enough to have them actually evolve throughout the film,  and brought back the feeling of magic we all know and love.                                                                                           (Photo by Mugglenet)

You would truly be missing out on a great film by not watching it. So, wands at the ready, watch your chocolate frogs, and keep your Butter Beers cool, because you’re in for a bumpy ride! The film explores so many awesome characters, and although most of your questions from the first film are answered, this one will leave you with some more. Get ready to be on the edge of your broomstick wizards and witches! I give this film; 100 points for Gryffindor!
