Sure, the Super Bowl is intended to be a sporting event of two football teams will leave the stadium with their shiny new ring, but one of the best reasons to gather with your friends and family on that Sunday night is to see all the commercials. Weird—I know. Normally people hate watching minute-long advertisements as they’re watching their favorite movie or show, but these commercials are different. Every year, the best of the best are displayed during the hours of the Super Bowl with an expected audience of over 100 million of people watching.

If you missed out, fear not, we’ve got you covered. Here are the best, most memorable and all around worth-mentioning commercials shown on the screens during this years Super Bowl LII.

Doritos Blaze Vs. Mountain Dew Ice

This commercial was nothing short of entertaining. If you missed out on it, this one is definitely one you should look at. With Game of Thrones star, Peter Dinklage, strutting through a room on fire, lip-syncing lyrics by Busta Rhymes and Morgan Freeman bringing an icy feel as he mimed Missy Elliot, the commercial was nothing short of hot, cool and fun.

Amazon Alexa

The Amazon Alexa commercial was one of the most memorable from this year’s Super Bowl commercials. It starts off with the reliable Alexa catching a cold and having to be replaced with the ‘replacement voices.’ The ad showcases the voices of Gordon Ramsay, who berates a man for not knowing how to make grilled cheese, Rebel Wilson, who helps ‘set the mood’ by talking about a bush and Cardi B, who in her genuine self doesn’t know how far Mars is because she has never been and plays Bodak Yellow. Not only does the ad use these actors in a fun way but it also shows Jeffrey Bezos, owner of Amazon.

Tide

Tide outdid themselves this year with their ad. Using Stranger Things star, David Harbour, the actor had us all believing that everything was indeed a Tide ad. Starting off the commercial with what seemed to be an ad for a car or later for a beer company, this ad had everyone on their feet and thinking. Harbour states that “it’s a tide ad” because of the clean clothes/sheets/ whatever they’re showcasing that is clean. This played tricks on the eyes of everyone as they considered everything to possibly be a tide ad.

Australia’s Dundee

Just like the Tide commercial, this commercial had us believing in something when it was promoting something different all along. With Australia’s biggest actors and Danny McBride, this ad almost seemed to be a movie trailer for the film ‘Dundee.’ As McBride hears Liam Hemsworth say, “It’s 37,000 miles of pristine, beautiful beach, mate,” he begins to think things are odd. The ad was simply to promote tourism to Australia’s beautiful country and not at all the promotion of a real movie.

Febreze

Its inevitable that no one really wants or cares to watch a commercial about an air freshener that’s to be used after using the bathroom. Febreze used this year’s slot to market their product in a light-hearted, almost funny way. It centers on a man, Dave, whose ‘bleep don’t stink.’ The reason for the commercial working and being memorable is its documentary-style of filming and Dave’s mother saying, “My friend—her son’s a lawyer. But, my son—his bleep don’t stink.”
