This quick and easy 79 calorie Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte, designed for 2 servings, is perfect for all the coffee lovers out there who are trying to save money on the usual Starbucks run. In just a few steps, prepare to be treated in the comfort of being home with only 5 vegan friendly and dairy-free ingredients. Although lots of people love the seasonal PSL at coffee shop giant Starbucks, the ingredients used may not be so ideal for your health. Most of the time this drink is loaded with dairy products, artificial flavoring, and a mouthful of so many other ingredients. Still craving a PSL this October? A healthier choice is right at your fingertips!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup homemade almond milk 
  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and pour them into a blender. Make sure to blend until you have achieved a smooth texture and all the ingredients are nicely incorporated.
