HC: How do you like being a freshman so far?
JR: It’s a lot of fun, a lot more freedom than high school which is very enjoyable. Everyone here at Fairfield is very nice and I feel like I fit right in.
HC: When you’re not in class where can we find you?
JR: I am on Fairfield’s tennis team so probably at practice or the gym.
HC: Singles or doubles?
JR: Doubles definitely.
HC: What’s your favorite part about playing Fairfield tennis?
JR: The team aspect. It’s a lot different than junior tennis and a lot more fun.
HC: What is your favorite holiday dessert?
JR: Pillsbury cookies with the santas on top.
HC: All time favorite Christmas song?
JR: Rockin around the Christmas Tree.
HC: Thoughts on New Year’s Eve kiss, corny or cute?
JR: Definitely cute.
HC: Give us three words to describe your dream girl.
JR: Athletic, fashionable, and entertaining.
HC: What is your ideal holiday date?
JR: Going to the city for the Christmas tree lighting and a nice dinner… probably at Bobby Vans Steakhouse afterwards.
HC: Do you prefer to make the first move or have her come to you?
JR: First move, however I would love if a girl came to me first as well.
HC: What’s the nicest thing you’ve done for a girl?
JR: I’m really good at surprises. One time I planned a surprise date, which included a dozen roses, her favorite restaurant and tickets to her favorite play.
HC: What 3 things can you not live without?
JR: Family, my turtle named Buddy, and music preferably country, EDM, or rap.
HC: Favorite late night snack?
JR: Tostitos scoops dipped in queso.
