G’Day Stags: Bobbi’s Australian Adventures Part 3

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Fairfield chapter.

I took this photo of the spectacular Sydney Opera House while I was on a ferry touring Sydney Harbor!

This photo was taken on Bondi Beach. There they have the closest thing you can get to a salt water pool and to jump in all you have to do is pay a small fee. If you go you’re likely to meet cool locals and you get the best of both worlds: a pool and beach!

My roommates and I recently went on a mini weekend getaway by train to a city on the Sunshine Coast called Noosa. It’s very similar to Florida there and the nightlife and restaurants were amazing!

My roommate and I took a day trip to Stradbroke Island, only a few hours outside of Brisbane. We were lying on the beach when a local surfer said he was going to lunch and wanted to leave his board with someone safe. He said we were welcome to use it and so we jumped at the opportunity and caught some waves for a few hours!

This is the man made beach located 5 minutes away from my apartment in South Bank. Even though it’s winter here now I always bring my computer to do homework and make use of the free Wi-Fi. There’s also an awesome smoothie place around the corner that makes homework a little less painful!
