There is no television character quite like Olivia Pope. She’s a badass lawyer, former White House communications director, and leader of her crisis management “gladiators.” Let’s not forget that she also has the President of the United States wrapped around her finger. She’s witty, smart, and not to mention drop-dead gorgeous! Olivia Pope is queen and I’m sure we’ve all wished we were more like her plenty of times.
1. When you hear someone has been spreading rumors:
You know Olivia Pope would not stand for that! She would use her infinite amount of resources to hunt down the perpetrator and make sure they never spread another rumor again. She’s proactive and doesn’t let anyone walk all over her.
2. When you’re trying to convince your professor to give you an extension:
Olivia is crafty and convincing. Liv never takes no for an answer! She knows exactly what to say and when to say it. If there are skeletons in your closet, you can promise Olivia will find them. She might not use them against you, as long as you play by her rules.
3. When you’re having roommate drama:
Olivia always comes up with a practical and beneficial solution for both parties. She doesn’t know the meaning of passive aggression; she faces the problem head on and no one can scare her away!
4. When you just want to say no:
Olivia knows how to be firm, yet kind. If you feel pressured to say yes to an activity, be sure to channel your inner Olivia and put your foot down. Liv doesn’t let anyone push her around and she is never afraid to say no.
5. When you’re about to hit the town and want to look your best:
Let’s face it, no one dresses better than Miss Olivia Pope. Olivia doesn’t know the meaning of dressing down.
