            Zumba is a seriously fun way to burn 600-1,000 calories per class. It’s high-energy dance moves to great music, and it’s a free pass to shake your booty. Zumba is the perfect way to sweat out all those toxins, and all that built-up stress. It’s a total confidence booster too. You must try it out, if you haven’t already! Thanks to Alpha Phi for hosting a crazy fun and enthusiastic Zumba event on Hartman Green, Friday April 22nd. I’m sorry to say that if you missed Zumba (and shaking your booty) with Alpha Phi, than you seriously missed out. Luckily, YouTube is filled with really awesome Zumba videos that you should totally check out. I would strongly encourage you to gather a group of friends, now that classes are finally OVER, and dance, dance, dance until you just can’t dance anymore. I guarantee there will be a lot of smiling, sweating, and most definitely laughing.
