Fall Break Vacation Spots

We’re 6 weeks into school and Fall Break could not arrive quicker. In those few days we have, forget about all your midterms and papers. Instead, go out and enjoy these beautiful fall days. Here are some fun vacation stops to consider for this Fall Break:

East Tennessee

Cost: $$$

Driving Time: 12hrs

Activities: Grab some friend’s drive down to Tennessee and visit the vast Cherokee National Forest, hike the Appalachian Trial, learn all about country singing in Bristol (the birthplace of country music), or go white water rafting in the Ocoee River!

New York, N.Y.

Cost: $$$

Driving Time: 4hrs

Activities: Along with close gal-pals enjoy the array of colors walking through Central Park this fall break.  Visit the Museum of Natural History, take pictures at the top of the Empire State Building, enjoy food downtown in Chinatown or Little Italy, or cross the Williamsburg Bridge and take super artsy pictures for Instagram.

Washington, D.C.

Cost $$

Driving: 2hrs

Activities: Drive down to D.C. with family and take part in walking tours or in D.C food tours. Visit the Lincoln Memorial and Reflecting Pool, or walk through the National Gallery of Art.
