It’s a place that not everyone knows exists on Penryn campus, but the orchard is one of my favourite places. I prefer calling it the secret garden, because it’s hidden away and enclosed by tall brick walls, a ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ kind of place. I won’t tell you exactly where it is, because that would spoil the fun, but the pictures from my walk there this morning should give you some hints. The sun was shining, the wind had died down, and the beauty of it all reminded me why I’m so in love with this campus.
