This year marks Alpha Epsilon Phi’s 12th annual Ribbons on the Runway philanthropy event. The sorority’s largest annual philanthropy event will take place at the Ritz-Carlton Boston at 4 PM on April 3rd, 2016. Ribbons on the Runway is an event comprised of a fashion show featuring many local designers, as well as a live auction where attendees may bid on gift baskets.

Sisters of the Beta Alpha Chapter at Emerson College have been working diligently to make sure this year’s event is as beautiful as it has been each year prior. Martha Cote, this year’s fashion show chair, has held model casting calls, communicated with designers and brands, and is preparing the runway show. And as this year’s Runway Event Chair, Lea LeBlanc is working on organizing the event and working alongside the team at the venue as well as fellow sisters to prepare the day’s events.

All proceeds from the event will go towards Alpha Epsilon Phi’s national philanthropy, Sharsheret, which is a non-profit organization that benefits Jewish women and their families who have been affected by breast cancer. Light refreshments will be served. The attire is dressy casual. For more information and updates about this year’s event, visit the Ribbons on the Runway Facebook page.
