Why I joined: I first started as a writer when I was a freshman. I love having the freedom to write about whatever I’m interested in, from a movie review one week to a personal essay about friendship the next. Being part of the Her Campus community throughout college has been so rewarding.
Favorite quarantine activity: As simple as it is, taking care of a plant and watching it grow the past few months has been such a good experience. I’m usually not the best plant mom, so actually taking care of this one has been a lot of fun!
Favorite thing to binge in quarantine: I love comedy shows, and they’ve been a good way to keep my spirits up when quarantine gets lonely. I watched What We Do in the Shadows for the first time, which I highly recommend, especially if you like faux documentary-style shows like The Office or Parks and Rec. I also caved and downloaded TikTok, so you can imagine the hours I’ve spent watching those.
