I’ll admit that the idea of a vegan Thanksgiving with restrictions doesn’t sound as appealing as eating all the turkey and gravy in sight, but that’s probably because you’re not making the right dishes! Sure, you could just eat potatoes and peas, but putting the time in to make these amazing vegan recipes will help you look forward to Thanksgiving.
