Meet our Campus Cuties of the Year!

Charlie Sullivan

THE BASICS:

Name: Charlie Sullivan
Year: 2012
Hometown: Alexandria, VA
Major: History and French
Single/Taken: Single

DUKE LIFE:

Activities/Clubs: I’ve basically dropped out of every club I was ever a part of now that I’m about to graduate, but I’m a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

Favorite study spot: Third floor tables in Perkins when I’ve got serious work to do, or the BC plaza if it’s a nice day and I’m feeling lazy (which is most of the time).

Duke bucket list: Chapel climb, see a musical or play, get out and see what Durham can offer, make it to every Shooters ever, develop a meaningful relationship with a professor, swim in the quarry.

Where can you be found on a Saturday night: Back bar at Shooters.

Your favorite off-campus restaurant: Bull City Burger and Brewery is great, as is Twisted Noodle. Guglhupf…Foster’s…

Most Embarrassing Moment at Duke: It was raining and I was running late to Econ 51 freshman year, slipped on the metal strip on the BC plaza outside the Bryan Center and fell flat on my back

THE NITTY GRITTY:

First kiss stories: Summer camp, Saturday night dance

If you could live in any movie, which one would it be and why: Gosford Park. I’m a huge nerd for British history, particularly the Edwardian era/early 20th century.

Best finals procrastination video: Dom Mazzetti vs. Drunk Girls

What’s the first thing you’re going to do when you get home: wish I hadn’t graduated

What’s your favorite physical feature: eyes

Sabrina is a Junior at Duke University, and is double majoring in English and Public Policy. A born and bred South African, Sabrina has traveled to the USA to pursue her higher education. As well as being a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, Sabrina is also Assistant Vice President for Recruitment for the Panhellenic Association at Duke. Sabrina has written for Duke's daily newspaper, The Chronicle and Duke's fashion magazine, FORM. After graduating, she hopes to attend law school preferably in her favourite city, New York. In her spare time, Sabrina vegges out to various fashion blogs, mindless TV (Pretty Little Liars anyone?) and online shopping (which borders on an addiction). If you manage to catch her in an energetic mood, she's probably on her way to cardiodance (or to the nearest mall).
