It looks like it’s scarf season in Philadelphia and the street fashion has gone from high waisted shorts to motorcycle boots and winter coats. Gabi Tam is a perfect example of how to stay warm and fabulous during this transition into the cold. She is wearing a blue silk-type button down tucked into ripped boyfriend jeans.
