This week I got the chance to get to know Claire Peacha, a senior at DePauw. She is from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is an Education Studies major. I asked her a few questions about her interests and then got to ask about her DePauw experience.
HerCampus: What is your favorite show?
Claire Peacha: One Tree Hill, or Parenthood.
HC: What is your favorite song?
CP: “Love Lies” by Khalid.
HC: What is something that most people don’t know about you?
CP: I am OBSESSED with The Bachelor and watch it religiously. #TeamPeter forever.
HC: What made you choose DePauw?
CP: My sister Emma also went to DePauw and is two years older than me. So, when I was looking at colleges, DePauw was always in the back of my mind. I really loved the small, close atmosphere.
HC: What is the most valuable thing that you have learned at DePauw?
CP: I have learned so much being that DePauw offers a liberal arts education.
HC: What organizations or activities are you involved in at DePauw?
CP: Alpha Chi Omega, DePauw Community Service, DePauw Dance Marathon.
HC: What are your plans after DePauw and why is it important to you?
CP: I will be teaching at the Minnesota Autism Center! I am passionate about children with disabilities and their opportunity to get an equal and appropriate education.
