While the semester is coming to a close, summer is just beginning which means that festival season is upon us.  Music festivals, while truly centered on music, are a great place to look for fashion trends and many girls treat them as their own personal shows.  A style dubbed Boho is a very popular look for summer and festivals.  Read on to achieve this look!

1)    Kimonos

Kimonos are a staple piece for anyone hoping to achieve a Boho look.  These thinner, flowy versions of cardigans aren’t too hot for summer and come in a variety of colors to complete any outfit.

2)    Crochet tops

Something about a crochet tank just screams summer and warmth.  Throw one of these under your kimono to be comfortable and cute while enjoying a nice summer day.

3)    High waisted shorts

High waisted shorts have been go-to festival wear for a few summers now.  These are great to pair with crop tops because since they come up so high, you aren’t showing too much midriff.

4)    Floppy hats

While sunglasses are a great way to combat the harsh summer rays, sometimes you would rather throw on a hat to block out that sun.  Again, these hats are available in many colors so there’s no excuse not to find the perfect one to complete that look you’ve been dying to try-out.  Additionally, big, floppy hats are perfect for those days when your hair just won’t cooperate.

Tweak these tips to achieve ultimate Boho-princess status of the festival this summer!
