As a huge Bob’s Burgers fan, the Belchers are my favorite family on television. Extremely dysfunctional but incredibly supportive, they are a tight-knit group. This list could go on forever, but here are ten reasons the Belchers were family goals:
1. When they were all about body positivity
2. When the Belcher kids took time to recognize their parents
3. When Gene was a rock star feminist
4. When Linda was her kids’ #1 fan
5. Whenever Tina, Gene, and Louise stood up to authority together
6. When the kids were comfortable talking about male and female bodies
7. When they knew what they were and what they were not
8. When they were fiercely loyal and protective of one another
9. When they practice self-love
10. Anytime they danced it out
Here’s to you Bob, Linda, Tina, Gene, and Louise!
