If you are like me and your favorite scent is vanilla, you’ve come to the right place. I am absolutely obsessed with vanilla scents if it comes in perfume, candles, car fresheners, etc. Vanilla is one of the most warming and inviting fragrances to wear, you will be getting compliments from people if you get one of these 10 scents. Personally, I mainly wear vanilla scents and wanted to share the best ones I’ve tried that have given me the most compliments from lowest to highest price.

Choco Musk is honestly the best vanilla perfume if you want a sweet smell. Out of all the vanilla scents I’ve worn, this has gotten me the most compliments. I have heard, “Someone smells like cookies?”, or “You smell really good, like a bakery!”. Even though this is the cheapest perfume, it is my favorite and is a long-lasting scent. The oil and the spray are sold separately but, I bought both to pair together to make the scent last longer. The oil is portable as well because it is only 6ML so if you want to refresh with this vanilla scent while you’re out and about, it is accessible.

- Warm Vanilla Sugar

Warm Vanilla Sugar by Bath and Body Works is a great beginner vanilla scent for people not wanting to spend too much money on a perfume/ body mist. This was my go-to perfume all throughout middle school and high school. This body mist doesn’t last for a long time so you would have to reapply it a lot throughout the day. The smell reminds me of vanilla ice cream or brown sugar, it is very airy and light, so if you don’t want your vanilla perfume to be too strong, I would go with this one.

- Bare Vanilla

I have never tried this body mist by Victoria’s Secret, but I have only heard good things about it. The scent has been described as a very long-lasting vanilla cashmere and caramel. This scent is great for daily use and could even be a great gift to someone who enjoys vanilla scents. Victoria’s Secret also offers a lotion to pair with it in a separate purchase, but it would make the scent last much longer throughout the day.

- Island Vanilla

Pacifica is a wonderful brand for yourself or even gift-giving during the holidays or birthdays. Last year for Christmas I bought my mom a lilac scent which smelled so delicious. Island Vanilla is a very nice vanilla aroma with a slight floral undertone. Personally, I have never used this brand, but I have only heard good things and that it lasts for a long time while not being super pungent or strong.

- Brazilian Crush

Brazilian Crush by Sol de Janeiro is one of the most popular scents going around social media right now. Fortunately, I did cave in based on how many people were raving about this perfume. Brazilian Crush smells like a vanilla, pistachio, and caramel hybrid; I couldn’t recommend it enough. The only downside to this perfume is that it doesn’t last all day so you would have to take it with you to reapply it throughout the day. It is a great date night perfume as well; it is very sweet and alluring.

- Crème Vanille

Crème Vanille has spiked in popularity as well with its pleasing soft vanilla fragrance that can be worn alone or layered with other vanilla scents. It is a very comforting perfume made up of vanilla, apricot, jasmine and brown sugar/amber. Personally, I have never purchased this perfume, but I might have to soon based on all the good things I’ve heard about it.

Eilish, by Billie Eilish, is one of the best perfumes I own to this day. It has a very strong vanilla scent, so if you want to smell like a sweet bakery, get this perfume. I only put about 2-3 sprays of this perfume, and it lasts for a long time. In this fragrance, there is a slight hint of amber and chocolate. The packaging is gorgeous as well which is more of a reason to buy ‘Eilish’. I got this perfume two years ago for Christmas and there is still a lot left to use.

- Vanilla Vibes

Vanilla Vibes is a vanilla perfume but more of a beachy vanilla perfume, it has sea salt and sandalwood undertones mixed in. If you are looking for a vanilla fragrance that isn’t super sweet, I would recommend this one. I own this perfume and it is very high quality, I think it’s perfect for all seasons and lasts all day when you put it on.

Recently, Ariana Grande came out with her perfume called MOD. There are two fragrances, Vanilla and Blush. I don’t own this perfume, but I wish I did. I went into Ulta one day and tried it out, the scent is delicious and is a true vanilla smell. The scent isn’t overpowering as well so you don’t feel like you’re drowning in a strong perfume. The perfume lasts all day, and it will give you lots of compliments if you wear it out and about.

This is one of the most glorious fragrances of all time, it is a very gender-neutral scent as well. Tobacco Vanille is my dream fragrance to own but the only downside as to why I don’t have it is because it’s expensive. The quality of the fragrance is exceptional and can be worn as an everyday scent. If you’re like me and love Harry Styles, you would most likely know he wears Tobacco Vanille as well. It is a very cozy scent and is perfect for this time of the year with fall and winter.
