During my search for the best period products; I landed on the brand Thinx. Thinx is a company that manufactures feminine hygiene products, especially underwear. Thinx is known for its variety and versatile products, ranging from traditional underwear, to sleep shorts and even leggings. They have something out there for all bodies and preferences. I went with the safe bet and bought the organic cotton briefs in the color black.
After my week trying out Thinx, I was overall satisfied with my purchase. Their quality is amazing, showcased through their soft and true-to-size panties. The underwear’s absorbency was shocking. They are super absorbent and kept me clean and dry all day long. The panties are breathable, which is a necessity to stay hygienic down there. As for exercise, they do great too. I worked out in them and remained comfortable. They are easily machine washable and do not shrink (as long as you don’t put them in the dryer). The only downside was they are not seamless. The underwear seems to be visible in tight pants, or thin leggings. This was a slight inconvenience, but I managed with the help of jeans and sweatpants. My only regret is not trying out another style like their thong or boy shorts.
