It is that time of year again when we have to start bringing sweet treats over for family and friend holiday party’s. There’s nothing better than adding a sweet twist to your popcorn for a quick and easy treat. The only take about 10-15 minutes to make and are absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

½ cup of butter

4 cups marshmallow

8 cups popcorn

Yummy candy of your choice! (optional)

Step 1:

Pop popcorn in a large mixing bowl, you can use any kind you like but I like plain the best.

Step 2:

Melt butter in a medium to large size pan.

Step 3:

Add marshmallows to pan, I chose to use mini marshmallows because they melt a little easier. A double boiler also works well for this step.

Step 4:

Mix melted marshmallows in the popcorn bowl and stir until fully combined.

Step 5: (optional)

Add any candy you like, such as Reese’s Pieces, M & M’s, etc!

Step 6:

Form popcorn into balls and place them on a cooking sheet lined with foil or cooking spray.

Step 7:

Let stand until ready to eat! Add some icing, candy or sprinkles on top for some extra yum!

Enjoy! – xoxo, a popcorn lover.
