The Synergy bottle reads things such as “This is raw food. Strands of the culture may appear” and “Due to the fermentation, this product contains a naturally occurring effervescence. Please open carefully.” So, what is this drink anyway and why are people are so stoked on it? I once was very against this drink too, but after finally finding the right flavors and realizing how good it was for you, I am now a Kombucha enthusiast.

Being busy college students, we need all the help we can get (health wise I mean). Drinking just one bottle of Kombucha can give your body a plethora of essential vitamins and minerals that it’s so desperately craving. Probiotics help boost your immune system and makes your digestive system more healthy and efficient. It detoxifies your organs such as the kidneys and liver, so after a long weekend, this will be very important to your body. It has sustainable energy for those rough mornings or if you’re looking for some workout inspiration. Most importantly, it’s LOADED with antioxidants, which is what helps your body fight against cancer.

So, if you’re looking for an easy, pretty tasty way to make college a little easier just by staying healthy, then try it. And if you have but hated it, try another Synergy flavor or maybe different company. I’m all for Kombucha and hopefully now all of you will be an enthusiast just like me!
