Amanda is this week’s Campus Celebrity due to the significant role she played in the organization of last week’s Kick Cancer Kickball Tournament, which supported the American Cancer Society.

Describe Your Position as Philanthropy Co-Chair: My co-chair, Melissa Benton, and I have led a variety of Kappa-sponsored events on behalf of multiple organizations, especially Reading is Fundamental. We try to hit a good balance between large-scale fundraising and community-based direct service. Our term is almost over, but I’m starting as Panhellenic Philanthropy Chairwoman after I go abroad.
Dream Job: Implementing sustainable change in the developing world, while getting paid to drink Frava.
