Game Day Nachos

Want to impress your friends on game day? Time to roll up your sleeves and make some homemade nacho dip. The best part is, the chips don’t get soggy! This recipe is quick, easy, and sure to impress. 

You will need: 

  • 1 rectangle pan
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 bags of mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can of salsa 
  • 1 small jar of jalapenos (optional)
  • 1 small jar of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (optional

Steps: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees farenheit 
  2. Heat up your black beans in a sauce pan
  3. Once black beans are heated, add refried beans and heat for 5 minutes 
  4. OPTIONAL: Add 1 chipotle pepper and half of the adobo sauce (careful it can get spicy!)
  5. Layer the bottom of your pan with bean mix
  6. Next, add a layer of salsa
  7. Then, add jalapeno peppers to taste
  8. Liberal spread cheese on top
  9. Bake in pan until cheese is golden brown
  10. Enjoy with chips!
