With the Christmas season almost upon us, it is time to engage in wonderful Christmas traditions. These activities are fun and festive for the Christmas season. They’re perfect for spending time with family, friends, and loved ones, as well as getting into the Christmas cheer!

Looking at christmas lights

As a child, I would absolutely adore going for a drive and looking at Christmas lights around the neighborhood. Seeing the differences between those who hang up a few lights to those who go all out would astound me. All the bright and colorful decorations will light up your night and give you an unforgettable holiday experience.

baking cookies

There’s nothing better than the smell of cookies wafting from the kitchen. Baking cookies is fun way to spend time with others and they’re delicious. Plus after you’re done, you can leave them out for Santa! It’s a win-win.

watching christmas movies

Watching a few holiday movies cuddled up with a warm blanket and some tasty hot chocolate is the perfect way to spend a night in. And you don’t have to be alone: you can also bring over the people you love and watch some Christmas classics!

wrapping presents

As someone whose love language is gift giving, wrapping presents is one of my favorite traditions! I absolutely love wrapping up gifts and the challenge of getting it all done. Preparing and decorating boxes is so gratifying, and it’s even better to see the reaction you get as they open their gift.

Decorating the tree

It is such a bonding moment to get together with the people that you love and decorate a Christmas tree. Reminiscing about old ornaments brings back holiday memories you may have forgotten and adding new decorations leaves room for new experiences and memories to be made. It lets us reflect and reimagine and looks beautiful!
