Pancake Day: Get Flipping Those Pancakes!

It’s that Tuesday again: Pancake Day! Here’s your guide to a very simple but yummy recipe to make all your friends green with envy! These instructions are for around 10 pancakes.  


  • 3 eggs
  • 200g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil  

First add the eggs to the bowl then the flour and the milk. Use a whisk to mix it all together.

Add a pinch of salt and the oil. Just keep mixing until you get a smooth consistency. The mixture should not be too runny. Put the gas on and add some oil to the pan making sure its covers the surface. When the pan is hot add a bit of mixture to the pan, and once the mixture thickens and becomes a pancake, flip it over!

Serve with your choice of topping, but for me it goes best with lemon and sugar - enjoy!
