We recently held a cutest pet photo contest here at UC. The only requirements were that you had to be a current student and the photo you sent had to be of your current pet. We received pictures of a ton of adorable pets so this was not an easy list to narrow down, but we did our best! Shown below are the top five winners– who doesn’t love a little contest?!
First place: Beau, 9 weeks old, Labradoodle
The owner, Meghan Canter got this sweet little pup a few weeks ago; she traveled all the way to Illinois for this cutie!
Second Place: Lulu, 3 years old, Morkie Mix
The owner, Kendra Fry got Lulu from a no kill shelter, called the Animal Adoption Foundation (yay for rescuing)!
Third Place: Jonah, 5 years old, King Shepherd
The owner, Katie Schmittou and her family went all the way to Michigan to get this guy; they said he was the fattest puppy in the litter!
Fourth Place: Roxie, 7 years old, Pug
The owner, Kelsy Hartbarger loves her Pug! She says Roxie enjoys carrying around her “Baby” (stuffed animal pug), eating pizza and bones.
Fifth Place: Zuki, 7 months old, Yellow Lab
The owner, Sammy Shugar got this little pup when he was only about 7 weeks old; look how big those paws are!
