Here are my top seven essential products and habits that keep me going throughout the fall. 

1. Glossier “Coconut Balm Dotcom” $12 (Glossier)

Wave goodbye to dry lips this fall! This lip balm smells SO good (and looks so darn cute!).

2. Bed Head Tigi “After Party” $23 (Ulta)

Keeps your hair shiny and healthy (What more could you ask for?).

3. Glow Recipe ”Watermelon Sleeping Mask” starts at $22 (Sephora)

A personal favorite of mine! This mask nourishes your skin overnight. You will feel like a queen the next morning!

4. Stay hydrated!

Drinking a tall glass of water should be the first thing you do when you wake up, plus it keeps your skin and thoughts clear. Add some fresh fruit to spice it up!

5. Eat your greens & take your vitamins

A green juice/smoothie or a simple salad is all it takes. Take this quick quiz to find out which vitamins are the right ones for you.

6. Workout!

Needless to say, a good workout every once in a while never hurt anybody! It’s even better with a workout buddy. 

7. Lower your overall stress level
