Meet Brittany Bibb: The Life of the Party

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Cincinnati chapter.

Meet this week’s Campus Celebrity, Brittany Bibb! Brittany is known around campus for getting other students involved through affiliations with Emerging Ethnic Leaders, as well as making an impact in our community through her leadership in United Black Student Association, as well as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Omicron Chapter. She may be serious business when it comes to her education and working hard, but she never misses an opportunity to have fun! Many of her friends say she’s very funny and full of amusement. Her Campus Cincinnati had the opportunity to catch up with Bibb, and we could definitely see her funny personality shine through.

Her Campus: What is an average day like for you?

Brittany Bibb: Hectic—I seem to always be doing something. But the breakdown includes work, class and meetings during the week and then meetings, retreats and kicking it on weekends.

HC: What is your favorite hobby?

BB: I’m not sure, maybe going to meetings haha.

HC: What is your dream vacation?

BB: Bahamas cruise on the Carnival Fantasy cruise ship. Only because I went there as a child.

HC: What is your favorite place on campus?

BB: AACRC.

HC: Why?

BB: It’s the place that fosters an environment for my success. The people there really care about you and want to see you succeed.

HC: What is your favorite time of the year?

 BB: Summer, summer, summertime!

HC: If you could put yourself in any movie, what movie would it be? What character would you play, and why?

BB: Well I don’t know because I don’t really watch movies. Most people don’t even bother asking if I’ve seen new movies.

HC: Where do you see yourself in five years?

BB: Hopefully having a nice job, being happy with myself and helping others. Oh and having a Mustang GT, I love that car!

HC: In closing, how does it feel to be considered a Campus Celebrity and how do you handle juggling all of these involvements?

BB: Well, I wouldn’t call myself a campus celebrity, but I’m glad you think so! Juggling all my involvements is hard, but I really enjoy it. I recommend everyone to find an organization they love and join today!
