4 Ways To Relax During Finals Week

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Chatham chapter.

With finals fast approaching, you’re probably desperate for ways to practice self-care and decompress. Well not to worry, we’ve got a game plan all figured out!

1. Give yourself a spa day

We’re fans of Leaders Cosmetics “7 Wonders” Masks. There’s plenty to choose from so you can find one that suits your skin care needs. Check out our reviews of them under our Features section! Pro-tip: do a face mask while taking a hot bath!

2. Have a hot cup of tea

Nothing calms you down faster than a nice, hot cup of tea. We’ve always been fans of Yogi Tea because they have uplifting notes on the tea tags! Especially during finals week, their Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy tea is a life saver.

3. Take yourself out for a night on the town

Everybody deserves a night of fun every now and then–even during finals week! Pamper yourself and get dolled up. We love Rimmel London because of the quality and affordability of their products. Some people struggle to even shower during the stress of finals week so make sure to take care of yourself and get out there and enjoy yourself!

4. Read for fun!!!

So we’re probably going to sound crazy to you. We know you’re already insanely busy. But you’ve got to do something to get your mind off your work every now and then otherwise you’ll completely crash. Distract yourself in little bits as long as you’re not completely losing track of your work! We love Book of the Month Club because they take out all of the stress and hard work of picking a new book to read. Check them out!

Good luck with finals everyone! Take care of yourselves!
