Remember back in middle school when glittery butterfly tattoos were all the rage? Well, much like other 90s fashion staples such as chokers and plaid, temporary tattoos are back in style with a modern twist. Flash tats are metallic tattoos you won’t regret waking up to the next morning with their quick and painless application. They claim to last up to 6 weeks (I’m assuming that’s if you don’t shower or sweat) since mine lasted around 5 days. However, if you’re not ready for a full commitment they are a cute way to add some sparkle to your look. You can find them at local boutiques such as Nektar in the Circle, or select department stores such as Bloomingdales, but be warned they are much more expensive than the ones you used to buy from a coin-operated machine.
