Things Woman Shouldn’t Be Insecure About

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Chapman chapter.

In order to eliminate negative thoughts and insecurities, try to identify them and then challenge them. Most of the things women are insecure about come from the influence of other people and social media. The pressure and ideals social media puts on woman are unrealistic. To find body positivity, acknowledge that people don’t care as much as you think and be true to yourself. Your body and looks don’t define your worth or value. Wear what makes you feel confident and accept yourself for who you are.
