Walking in a Gingerbread Wonderland

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Chapel Hill chapter.

It is beginning to smell, look and sound a lot like the holiday season at Carolina. The Tar Heels have holiday fever and CUAB knows how to cure it. On December 7, 2011, CUAB gave students the chance to relieve stress before finals and make gingerbread houses. A gingerbread house is a beloved family tradition that started in many homes in Germany.

Many students came to the event to create their own home away from home–check out their creations below. We hope some of these gingerbread houses inspire you. amaze you or make you nostalgic!

What do you think, Collegiettes? Once finals are out of the way, try creating your own gingerbread wonderland.
