Spooky Monday: The Best Movies and TV Shows to Binge-Watch on Halloween

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Casper Libero chapter.

Yes, another year has passed by, and it’s Halloween all over again. Here in Brazil, we don’t have Autumn scenarios and pumpkins everywhere by the end of October (actually, we enjoy Spring in the southern hemisphere), but the spirit of dressing up and even trick-or-treating neighborhood is growing each year.

On the scariest night of the year, the desire to go out on the streets to startle people, or even go to a costume party is always on point. In São Paulo, a city taken by Casperians, the best place to attend in this date is Augusta Street, as clubs promote special Halloween editions, and people make great costumes and makeup, entering completely in the mood.

But this year, October 31st takes place on Monday, and many people work or have classes on the next day. While most parties moved to the weekend before, we cannot leave the official day of Halloween go blank. Why not watch a good classic horror movie? Check out the best options of movies and TV shows, throw yourself on the couch and enjoy this scary date.
