Are you ready for a good scare? You might already know the popular Halloween attractions in L.A., such as Halloween Horror Nights or the Haunted Hayride, but have you ever tried your hand at a real life escape room?
The Circle Squared Collective is a group of Cal State LA alumni that create experimental theatre performances for viewers to enjoy. This Halloween they have created an escape room filled with riddles and puzzles called “Curse of the Conquistador’s Gold.” Based on the hunt for a Spanish Conquistador’s gold, you have to find the lost treasure in order to gain your freedom!
The performance is located in the nearby city of Montebello and costs $25 per ticket. Performances take place Fridays and Saturdays until October 31st with hourly times from 7pm to 11pm. It is advised that participants should be at least 16 years and older.
