I am convinced that Drake is my therapist. He is the love doctor who can cure my broken heart, give me confidence when I need it most, clarify all my confusions, and even celebrate with me when I am residing on cloud nine. It seems that in every song, every beat, and every lyric Drake just gets it. His songs clarify for us girls some of the things that the guys in our life never had the guts to tell us. He is the voice for men and comfort for women. Honestly, Drake is the unicorn of the male population. For it truly is a rarity that a guy can tap into the unchartered territory of the female psyche and still hold down the fort for all the guys out there trying their best at this whole love thing. Drake is sensitive but not feminine, cocky but not a douchebag, kindhearted but not defenseless. Girls want to date him and boys want to be him. HYFR, Drake is the man. So if you’re dealing with matters of the heart, I’ll give you an exclusive peak into my all to necessary therapy sessions with the master of love himself. Grab some tissues, light some candles, play this compilation of songs and let Drake soothe that heavy heart of yours.

WARNING: “Don’t ‘Drake’ and drive. You’ll end up at your ex’s house crying.”

DRAKE THERAPY SESSION

“Doing It Wrong”

You will cry and you will hurt, that’s right for you to feel after a break up. But you would cry and hurt even more if you stayed in a relationship that is not good for you.

“Cece’s Interlude”

Get his perspective on the relationship and try to understand how he feels. Maybe he really does deserve to be given a chance.

“Own It”

Let them know that you adore them and that all of you is theirs for the taking. Love, trust, and stand up for the one that makes your heart skip a beat.

“From Time”

Never be afraid of love because you deserve to give love and be loved.

“Look What You’ve Done”

You deserve all the praise and thanks in the world because you believed in him even when times were hard. You believed in his dreams, so for that he loves you even more.

“The Real Her”

We all have a past that can make us guarded but take all the walls down. Choose to be vulnerable in front of him, because what you have together could be an amazing love that you don’t want to regret missing.

“Over My Dead Body”

Sometimes success can get in the way of what is most important in our lives. But hold on as much as you can. Don’t let success take away your love.

“Marvin’s Room”

Seeing your ex with someone else can be painful, and spur jealousy or loneliness. As hard as it may be, you need to live your life as best as you can and try being happy without them.

“Shot For Me”

You will inevitably have excruciating heartache after losing him. Just remember the good times you had and that what you had was real. He is thinking about you too and wants you to be happy.
