Revlon came out with a blow dryer a few months ago, that’s in the shape of a round brush. It’s purpose is to give you a salon blow out at home! It’s supposed to cut the time in half of a regular blow dryer and be easy to use for all hair types! Here’s my review after purchasing it!

I have pretty curly hair. I would say 3b hair on a good day. It’s medium-long and has layers. I purchased the styler on Amazon!

The tool itself is pretty lightweight and I got it in a cute pink color! Upon opening it came with an instruction manual. The chord is also pretty long. I wased my hair in the showers and probably had it in a towel for about 5 minutes. I generously sprayed heat protectant in my hair and raked it through. I sectioned my hair first and started from the bottom. Not gonna lie it was kinda hard to use at first because it took a couple tries to slightly dry my hair. And once I got the hang of it, my roots were still wet and they weren’t getting straight. So the ends of my hair were straight and the roots were still curly. I let the dryer sit near my roots or a bit just to get them dry and did another pass and they were finally straight. Once I actually got the hang of it it was actually pretty easy to use. The whole process took about 45 minutes, which isn’t long considering the amount of hair I have! The end result left my hair super soft and didn’t look damaged like straightening would.

The downside to this product is that it can’t get too close to the root, so if your hair is curly you might have to go over your roots with a straightener. Another downside is if you don’t have upper arm strength like me, it can get tiring LOL

Overall I really reccomend it for people who don’t want to straighten their hair and also want volume for their hair. You can get it at almost any drugstore or wherever they sell Revlon products!
