We all have those days where we just don’t have anything to wear even though our closets are overflowing with clothes. The problem for me is usually a lack of inspiration, so to fix that I always go on tumblr or to my favorite fashion blogs to help me out. From there I can figure out how to pair the clothing I already own in unexpected ways. So here are some ideas that will hopefully help you out when you have nothing to wear!
Now I don’t expect you to walk around campus in a tulle skirt but you can make this extravagant outfit your own and also class appropriate. I had an old white lace dress from Forever 21 lying around and I threw on a plaid shirt on top and buttoned it up. Layer any dress under a button up to make a skirt and cinch in your waist with a belt if your dress is a little “puffy” under the shirt.

Take this blogger’s cue and pair a chambray shirt under any colored chunky knit sweater and pair with leopard flats (all items you most likely already have in your closet!). If you don’t have leopard flats try a pair of worn out converse to keep the look from being too preppy.

When I really have nothing to wear, my go to outfit is a striped t-shirt with a denim or flannel shirt and black skinny jeans. But to make the look more put together try layering on a blazer!
