Teresa Giudice, the once over-the-top, big spender, fan of a lavish lifestyle, Bravo Real Housewife is about to be living in a new kind of house- the big house. The Real Housewifes of New Jersey star and her husband, Joe Giudice, have been fighting a battle in court over many counts of fraud and a bankruptcy scandal. The charges include conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud as well as bankruptcy fraud.
For years since the case began against the reality stars there have been rumors and speculation that her husband, Joe Giudice, may be deported to Italy, and he and Teresa will both be sent to jail. The couple has four young daughters that Teresa exclaims are the most important thing to her. If both were put behind bars who would take care of the girls? Possibly Teresa’s brother and sister-in-law, the Gorgas, also made famous by Bravo. It’s no secret that the two couples have feuded over the years. Maybe the thought of Teresa’s young girls living with her relatives convinced her and husband Joe to plead guilty.
The couple will be in court again in the beginning of June to see what their final sentence will be. Teresa is hoping that by coming clean and explaining their mess but also highlighting their “many accomplishments” they will be given a lighter sentence and at least her children will have one parent to care for them.
