Considering the small percentage of women on campus, sometimes joining intramurals feels a little overwhelming. Especially when you see a testosterone filled gym of guys yelling about points, fouls, and whatever else they argue about.
The good news is that there’s something out there just for us: A Women’s Flag Football Tournament!
This tournament is a one day event on October 28th. There will be a bracket system for all the teams playing. Round up a team and have everyone make an intramural account on www.IMleagues.com and signup for the Women’s Tournament.
The theme for this tournament is clubs. Bryant Recreation is trying to get a higher female percentage involved in intramurals. To do so they added a little incentive, bragging rights and $150 to the winning team’s club budget! So if you are in a club get all the girls together and make a team!
Act fast because signups are only open until Midnight October 27th.
