After announcing on February 24th that his marriage with Paula Patton has ended, Robin Thicke thanked his fans for their support during these hard times in his life. He has cancelled several of his past few shows for various reasons, including “unforeseen circumstances,” but Thicke has said he is ready to get back out on tour and perform. The news of their split comes after the couple has been married for nearly nine years and together for more than twenty. Thicke and his wife have one child together, Julian, who is three years old.
They claim the separation was mutual, but in a recent report the singer told TMZ he was trying to get her back. There have been several rumors as to what could have caused the split, such as his infidelity or raunchy performance with Miley Cyrus at the VMA’s. Although this could have caused his marriage to crack, Thicke has told reporters that fans have not seen the end of his risqué performances.
