Three Cheese Mashed Potatoes!
Ingredients:
Potatos
3 lbs baby red potatoes
1 1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
6 Tbsp Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp roughly chopped parsley
Directions:
Skin potatoes. Cube and boil until softened.
Warm milk, but do not boil. Whisk in pepper.
Strain potatoes and put into mixing boil. Add milk and salt. Beat until mashed. Add cheese and beat again.
Garnish with parsley.
