When it comes to drinking, we’re usually looking for something that’s both delicious and simple. But let’s face it, there’s only so many white claws one can consume without growing tired of them. If you, too, are at that point in the year when a spiked seltzer fails to quench your thirst, look no further. Here’s a list of our favorite easy cocktails and how to make them. Cheers!

 

Margarita 

Use a Cocktail shaker set!

Ingredients

  • Lime juice 

  • Tequila

  • Gran Marnier 

  • Triple Sec

  • Ice (optional)

Optional

  • coarse salt or sugar for the rim of your cup

Directions

  1. Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice

  2. Add 2 shots of lime juice

  3. Add 1 shot of tequila 

  4. Add ¾ of a shot of Gran Marnier 

  5. Add ¾ of a shot of Triple Sec

  6. Shake and serve!

Moscow Mule

Ingredients

  • Ginger beer

  • Lime juice

  • Vodka 

  • Ice 

Optional

  • Cute copper mugs

  • Lime slice and mint for a lil garnish

Directions

  • Fill a large glass, copper mug, or cocktail shaker a quarter full with ice

  • Add 1 ½  shots of vodka

  • Add ½ of a shot of lime juice 

  • Fill the glass, mug, or shaker to the top with ginger beer

  • Give it a quick stir and (optional) top with some mint and lime

St Germain Spritz

Ingredients 

  • Prosecco 

  • St. Germain 

  • Club soda

Directions

  • Add ice to a cup or cocktail shaker

  • Add 2½ shots Prosecco 

  • Add 1 shot of St. Germain 

  • Top it off with 2½ shots of Club soda

Grapefruit and Elderflower Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Gin*

  • Grapefruit juice

  • St. Germain

  • Optional: fresh sage for a garnish

  • ice

*if you don’t have gin and/or are under the age of 50 this can also be made with vodka :)

Directions

  • Add a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker

  • Add 1½ shots of gin or vodka

  • Add 1½ shots of grapefruit juice

  • Add ½ of a shot of St. Germain

  • Shake and pour

  • Add some sage
