Are you tired of your overplayed summer playlist? Same. Now that we’re back to school, it’s time to find some new music, and we’ll help you out as best as we can. We can’t promise you’ll agree with our taste in music, but here are our new favorites for you and your friends to pregame to as we get back on the party grind. Enjoy!

P.S. we took this playlist seriously and it is the best pregame playlist we currently follow

Here is the link (and we’ve highlighted some of our favorites below):

  1. Dance Monkey by Tones and I

This recently discovered artist has hit the charts with a bang. Her sound is so specific and unique that you know it’s her without having to check. This is the perfect song for a pregame with your friends, and if you like her music as much as we do, check out some of her other songs when you’re walking to class. Personally, I love Johnny Run Away and Never Seen the Rain.

  1. Playinwitme by Kehkani

This song was released in 2018, but we didn’t properly recognize its hype until this year. Everyone can relate to the lyrics on some level, and even though it’s a song about people messing with your emotions, the beat will instantly put you in a good mood.

  1. Balenciaga by Cheat Codes

The “CLOSER” of our time, and the closest we’ll ever get to the Balenciaga brand.

  1. Truth Hurts by Lizzo

Perhaps the song of the summer. We couldn’t ask for a better revenge song after a summer fling has come to an end, or just a song to embrace your inner bad b*tch. Highly recommended.

  1. Nights With you

Every pregame playlist needs a throwback. Even though we wanted to introduce some new songs, we couldn’t resist throwing in the oldies that hit hard.
