Your guide to staying healthy and fit throughout Ramadan. Adopting these habits and lifestyle changes will positively affect your health and mood too!

 

  1. Balanced diet (Carbs, Proteins, Fats, Fibers, Vitamins and Minerals.)
  2. Eat sufficient amounts of fruits, vegetables and legumes to avoid constipation.
  3. Practice portion control (excess calories will stored as fats leading to weight gain).
  4. Indulge in moderation very cautiously 3 hours after Iftar.
  5. Stay Hydrated after Iftar, drink 8 cups of water.
  6. Have a good night sleep to compensate the lack of caffeine.
  7. Limit fried, spicy foods and coffee to control hyperacidity.
  8. Eat frequent small meals.
  9. Eat slowly to avoid indigestion.
  10. Stay active and fit.
  11. Don’t miss sohoiur.
  12. Limit intake os Salty foods as they will keep you thirsty.
