With fall in full swing, the shorts have been packed up and the scarves and booties have been brought out. College is stressful enough as it is, so figuring out what to wear should be something that is fun and easy. Joining me to bring you the latest trends of the fall is Talia Jacobson. Together we have compiled a list of things you are going to be seeing this autumn and just where you can ~affordably~ pick them up yourself. Check out the hyperlinks embedded in the article for all your fall shopping needs!

Animal print – zebra, cheetah, snakeskin, even alligator – it’s all coming back, whether its shoes, sweaters, dresses, or your cute new crossbody, animal print is making a statement this fall.

Plaid – it’s that time of year again, plaid is back and better than ever. A cute plaid scarf makes any outfit pop. Cute dark-toned plaid pants bring that casual business attire feel to your classes. And a cute plaid sweater makes you look put together no matter the weather.

Oversized sweater – who can go wrong with an oversized sweater? Whether it’s going to class, for brunch on Newbury Street, or just to get on that study grind in the lib, oversized sweaters always do the trick. Comfy and cozy with that put-together look, what can go wrong?

Leather detailing – leather is making a shiny comeback? Whether you’re adding a leather jacket atop your oversized sweater ;) or rocking leather leggings around campus, or tying your outfit together with your leather booties, leather is fiercer and fresher than ever.

Hoops – As Vicky Gunvalson (The OG of the OC) would say “Whoop it up,” this fall we are going to hoop it up. Whether it’s a hoop that hugs your ear or a chunky, gold ring, you can’t go wrong by adding this to your fall look.
