So why do people call you Mitch? How did that nickname originate?
A lot of people pronounce my last name “Mitch-elson” because there’s no “a” in it. It’s actually pronounced “Michaelson,” but obviously I’m okay with Mitch.

What clubs and organizations are you involved in?
I’m a brother in Zeta Beta Tau and a member of the Custom Clothing Club.
What are the best and worst classes you have taken so far at Brandeis?
The best class I’ve taken so far was definitely Econ with Coiner. Nothing beat watching him run up and down the aisle in the middle of class. And I haven’t had a “worst” class yet.
Have you ever had a crush on any of your professors?
Other than Coiner, no.
What is your favorite meal to eat in Usdan?
Gotta love the lower sandwich station. I’m a sucker for the chipotle mayo.
If you created your own acapella group what you would name it and why?
The Cavemen. My friends are probably the only ones who will understand.

New York pizza. I have to live without it anyway when I’m in Waltham and it just makes it that much better when I go home.
