At our most recent meeting for Her Campus, we decided we wanted to create a 2024 Bingo card that we would keep up with throughout the semester, as well as the rest of the year. We have a lot, but I wanted to highlight some of the best ones that we came up with. You can find our whole Bingo board on our Instagram, if you’re interested!
Timothée Chalamet & Kylie Jenner Breaking Up
This was a personal thought of mine, and it’s completely biased by the fact that I don’t think they makes sense together. For whatever reason, I feel like a lot of celebrity couples are weird, but there’s just something about Timothée. Despite how cute they are at public events, I don’t know how much I believe that they’re going to continue being happy with one another. Even if it’s interesting to watch them now, I feel like they both have better matches in the future.
Tom Holland and Zendaya Engagement
On the opposite side of the spectrum, it was a collective agreement that Tom and Zendaya are going to announce an engagement this year. There have been so many rumors about them being engaged at this point, and the more you see it, the more you believe it. They’ve also been together for a long enough period of time that an engagement isn’t completely unbelievable. It would be a really fun announcement and their wedding would truly be magical.
Reneé Rapp Canceled
This was one of the ones that got the most support for the sole reason that her rise to fame is mimicking Rachel Zegler. Unfortunately, with Rachel, she rose to fame really fast and was brought down just as fast due to nothing but bitterness. Since we see that so often with women in the entertainment industry, we unfortunately believe that this could happen with Reneé. If it does, we will continue to stand with her (unless it’s something really controversial). We’re obsessed with her energy and her interviews currently. So, we wish nothing but the best for her, but our gut feeling is she’ll get canceled for something.
2000s Store Chain Going Out of Business
While this one is one of the least specific ones we have, there was a bit of a consensus among the group that tragedy would strike with a nostalgic store from our childhoods. We couldn’t quite figure out which one it was going to be, although JCPenney was thrown out there. This one is also similar to the Reneé Rapp prediction since we’ve seen Justice rise when we were young just to fall again once we aged out of it. As we’re continuing to age as a generation, it’s extremely likely that something from our childhood is no longer going to be economically supported by us anymore. However, this would lead to a great comeback later on like Justice surprising everyone when they joined Walmart’s brands.
Jenna Marbles Comeback
Jenna Marbles is a true treasure to this generation as people that were the prime audience for YouTubers back in the day. When she left YouTube, it left a dark feeling over YouTube and she’s often been referred to by those that are also leaving YouTube. She truly is the blueprint. One thing we hope to see is her comeback. While we would all love to see her return to YouTube, we’re okay with just more social media presence. There’s just something about her being on social media that makes it more bearable to be on.
Timothée Getting Someone Pregnant
To close this off, we wanted to end with a full-circle moment by mentioning Timothée Chalamet once again. This is obviously different from the breakup with Kylie Jenner we’re predicting, but there’s something in the air that makes us believe he will get someone pregnant. It could be Kylie, and that could be the reason our first prediction doesn’t come true. However, it could absolutely come after the breakup and it could be a huge scandal. Maybe it’s even the reason they did break up. This would be an insane announcement as well for the year.
