Her Campus: What do you like most about your major?Susanne Garvin: How accommodating the department is with getting students into their most desired upper level courses. I also love how friendly and outgoing the students in my major are. It makes going to class seem like you’re hanging out with friends!

HC: How did you manage your time being involved in everything you are doing?SG: It was a tough habit to develop but once I got the hang of using a planner I became much less stressed! Rewarding myself with Netflix also helped after a busy day!

HC: As a Super Senior, what advice can you give to underclassmen?SG: Don’t withdrawal from that stat class, try and tough it out. Also, go at your own pace and make the most out of your time here because it goes by way too fast.

HC: What is your favorite college memory?SG: Watermelon Suck!

HC: Where do you see yourself in the future after you graduate?SG: I eventually want to pursue grad school, but I hope to find a career along the lines of marketing or PR for a reputable company.

Kathryn is a loquacious and driven senior at Bloomsburg University studying English. Journalism has been her focus for almost eight years and she's slightly excited but mostly petrified of exploring her career options in a few short months. She can be found roaming the halls of Bakeless, yelling into the abyss in BU's student newspaper The Voice's office or making pancakes for her roommates.Check out her personal blog and her study abroad blog.
