Swim Goals

  1. Swim on 1:15 cruise
  2. Swim 3,500 yards each practice during off-season
  3. Swim 54 seconds in the 100 yard freestyle
  4. Swim 24.8 seconds in the 50 yard freestyle
  5. Swim 1:59 minutes in the 200 yard freestyle
  6. Swim 5:20 minutes in the 500 yard freestyle

Outdoor Fitness Goals

  1. Run 3 miles in 21 minutes
  2. Hike 10 miles roundtrip
  3. Reach level 13 on the stairmaster

Weight Room Goals

  1. Back Squat 120 lbs
  2. Bench 90 lbs
  3. Be able to do three pull ups unassisted

Health Goals

  1. Drink half my body weight in ounces every day
  2. Cook my own meals Monday-Thursday
  3. Discover a new dish 1x a week

Personal Goals

  1. Dress for success! Wear a nice pair of jeans at least 3x a week
  2. Be a “yes” man, take on most opportunities (unless the decision goes against my morals)
  3. Create an established morning and night routine by journaling

Academic Goals

  1. Make High Honor Roll spring semester
  2. Achieve a summer internship with a media agency
  3. Write ten articles for Her Campus
