The summer sun has finally stopped beating down our backs as we trek to class and the temperature has dropped to the perfect high 50’s/low 60’s weather. It’s officially fall. In typical girl fashion, here are the 10 feels every girl gets for fall.
1. Realizing you finally get to rock those new riding boots you scored at the Nordstrom summer sale!
2. Breaking out all your favorite dark nail polishes because it’s the only time people don’t think you’re going through a Jenny Humphrey goth phase but being fashionable.
3. Struggling to determine if it’s socially acceptable to wear a different J.Crew puffer vest everyday of the week.
4. Can we all agree that it’s been a long summer without Dr. McDreamy + Meredith Grey and Olivia Pope + Grant Fitzgerald? (Let’s be real who wouldn’t want to be those girls?)
5. Planning tons of fall activities like pumpkin/apple picking with your cute boyfriend or your best girls (they take way better instagram pics anyways)
6. Everything pumpkin flavored. Starbucks PSL and Dunkin’s pumpkin muffin, need I say more?
7. FOOTBALL!!! Who doesn’t love to chow on appetizers while supporting our beloved Tom Brady…Even if this means stealing snacks at half time to binge watch Friday Night Lights on Netflix. I mean it is the perfect dose of football and drama!
8. Finally being reunited with our favorite go to “pants”: yogas and leggings…Remember everyday can be a scrub day if you’re ambitious!
9. Halloween. Because costumes only get better at 18+, even more you get to buy candy in bulk without all the judgment (it’s for the kids, I swear).
10. Realizing that fall in New England may be the best season…that’s followed by the absolute worst: WINTER. Get out you’re parkas and bean boots people!
